Your PIN Is No Longer Available Due to a Change to the Security Settings on This Device
I can't set up a new PIN because my computer keeps asking for a security code to be sent to a number I no longer have. So, I updated my number for Microsoft accounts, but it says it will take 30 days before it takes effect. Now I can't even enter my laptop. Could someone help me with this? Thanks!

If you encounter the "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again" issue, and Microsoft can't help, the only way to log into your laptop is using a third-party PIN removal tool.
EaseUS Partition Master Professional is such a tool that can help users reset their forgotten PIN and password.
You'll need a USB drive and an accessible computer to set up the password reset USB.
After the preparation, follow the detailed steps here:
Step 1. Insert your USB drive into the valid computer and open EaseUS Partition Master.
Step 2. Go to "Toolkit" > "Password Reset," hit "Create" and select your USB drive.
Step 3. After creating the password reset drive, connect it to your locked laptop.
Step 4. Restart your locked PC and press "F2/F8/F11/Del" to enter the BIOS. Then, set the USB as the boot drive.
Step 5. After entering the desktop, open EaseUS Partition Master and go to "Password Reset."
Step 6. Choose the locked account and apply "Reset & Unlock" to remove the PIN.
