In CrystalDisk, my 1GB Seagate HDD shows 'Caution' as the Reallocated Sectors count is high. I use this drive only for storing my games, so it's ok if the data on the drive gets lost. What really worries me is that the drive may cause my other drives to be damaged and the data on them to be corrupted. So, can a failing hard drive damage my other drives? Thanks for any help!

It depends on the cause of your corrupted hard drive:
If it's physical issues with the circuitry, then yes, it could lead to a short circuit, draw too much current, and then damage other drives or parts of the motherboard and power supply.
If it's just some disk errors, such as bad sectors, a failing read/write head, head crash, and incorrect configuration, then no, it is not likely the failing hard drive can damage the rest of your computer.
To tell if a hard drive is corrupted, you'll need a professional disk manager tool.
EaseUS Partition Master offers free features to diagnose your disk health and detect errors on it.
When errors exist on your disk, this reliable tool also provides troubleshooting functions to repair these errors automatically. You can follow the guide below to fix your drive:
Step 1. Launch EaseUS Partition Master.
Step 2. Right-click on the failing disk and hit "Surface Test."
Step 3. Then, all bad sectors will be marked as red in the pop-up window.
Step 4. After detecting all the bad sectors, right-click the drive and choose "Advanced" > "Check File System" to repair the bad sectors.
