For most of the pendrives, you can only use the first volume on it, even you can see more than one volume in disk management. So to clone to a pendrive and make it bootable, please make sure that your system disk is MBR, and the system and boot are on the same partition.

Due to the single license limitation, one license code can only be used on one computer. If you want to create portable Windows disk for multiple computers, please purchase each computer a license code, or purchase Technician edition for multiple machines.
7. Does OS2Go support the operating system with UEFI boot mode?
Yes, it is supported. Please choose the UEFI boot option when booting from it.
8. How to boot computer from the created portable Windows USB drive?
You need to change the boot order in BIOS to make the USB drive as first boot option then boot the computer from it.
