2. How many devices I can use the software on?
The single license should be only used on your family's devices. Generally, it covers no more than 5 Android devices.
3. Does the software support SD card recovery?
The data on the SD card can be also recovered by the software if it's inserted into the phone.
4. My phone is not recognized by the software?
Please check up the device with the hints below:
1. The phone is still power on.
2. You've enabled the USB Debugging mode in the phone.

5. Can I install the software on the phone?
This tool only runs in Windows system. But we have another App version which can be installed on the phone.
6. Can I recover data if my phone screen is broken?
No. Only if the screen is functional, you can enable the USB Debugging mode to make it accessible by our product.
7. Can I recover data from the phone with black screen?
If screen of the Android phone is broken, you cannot enable USB Debugging mode or root it. The software cannot recover data from it.
8. How long will a recovery take?
It depends on the data size on the device. Generally it would spend half an hour to scan an Android device with 30GB data inside.

10. What is ROOT? Why should I ROOT my phone?
The short answer is ROOT could get the full privilege of Superuser (Administrator) account of Android system. Our data recovery tool could get access to the database of the Android system to get lost data only after rooting. Otherwise, there’s no solution to get the data back.
11. I’ve enabled USB Debugging mode. Why it still asks me to do this?
Please confirm if you've successfully made a ROOT with the phone. The software still cannot scan the phone if the phone is not rooted successfully.
12. What is USB Debugging mode? Why should I enable it for data recovery?
The primary function of this mode is to facilitate a connection between an Android device and a computer with Android SDK (Software Development Kit). And it can be enabled in Android after connecting the device directly to a computer via USB, then our product is able to read the data in the device.
